			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I feel like I totally forgot how to be pretty.  I lost about 40 lbs and feel great.  I just wish I could look the way I feel on the inside.  I am way poor right now and would love to be able to buy a new outfit but can&#8217;t.  How do I make my frumpy, too big for me clothes work for my new body? </p>
<p>I can&#8217;t seem to get my hair to look right.   I don&#8217;t wear makeup.  I just plain feel Frumpy!  Arrggg.  Its driving me nuts!</p>
<p>Any suggestions?  what do you do?  any cheap ideas?  I tried to look for new stuff on craigslist, but so many people are greedy and want to make retail prices on used items.</p>
<p> HELP!  I am about to give up.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning and after drinking for new years and my birthday, I am still hoping that I reach my goal!  Finally after weeks and weeks of basically plateuing, I hope to be under 200!!!  We shall see. </p>
<p>I would be so so happy if I could be under 200!!  It has been over 3 years since I have been in the 190&#8217;s. </p>
<p>This would also make my half way point to my goal of 160.  Started at 242 and hope to be close.  We are a work in progess!  2010 is going to be an awesome year!  Woo hoo!  Feeling pretty good.

<p>Oh, I also just saw a comercial for the new season of Biggest Loser!  I cant wait!  Looks like its gonna be a good season, plus I like to compete with their weigh-ins.  I like to know that I can lose weight just like some of those girls.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I finally broke down and joined a gym.  I had all of the work out stuff available to me at my house but I just cannot seem to get motivated to do anything when I have the tv in front of me.  Plus it helps that I have a couple friends that are already members to the gym.  They kept bugging me to try the kick boxing class and to work up to the zumba class.  I am looking forward to it so much!</p>
<p>For some reason though I never seem to do things in moderation.  I ate alot to get in this position, and now I want to work out a lot to get out of the situation.  But let me also make it clear that I am not looking for a quick fix in my weight loss.  I am going on 4 months now and plan to continue to lose slow and steady. </p>
<p>I worked out tonight for about an hour on the eliptical and bike.  It felt great and I want to do it again tomorrow.  But how often should I work out?  And is ok to work out everyday?  Is it ok to do cardio everyday?  I&#8217;m not really into lifting weights but I&#8217;m sure I should do something.  Help!  Any advice would be great!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I am a little over half way done with my Jenny Craig weight loss study with the University and I am so proud of myself.  Out of 15 people that they had sign up, 8 people quit!  Holy Cow! </p>
<p>This week I was down 4 pounds, with a total of 34lbs!  26 pounds of it was pure fat.  eewww.  I also got my measurements done again and I have lost a total of 24.5 inces around my waist, chest, and hips!  I went from a size 20 to a 14! </p>
<p>Best part of everything&#8230;.  I can now buy clothes off the rack!!!  before i would have to go to specialty stores or the big girls section and never found anything that looked cute on me.  Now I can go to any store and buy what I want.</p>
<p>I am so excited and can&#8217;t wait to be under the 200 mark&#8230;  its coming up soon!</p>

<p>I make it to my goal almost every week and I like to reward myself, but I am running out of ideas.  How do I move forward and re-train myself to not be rewarded with food.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like all of the wonderful suggestions, I finally just got up and started to work out!  And I was lucky enough to have my husband do it with me.  We pickd up a weight ball and exercised for 45 mins.  Today I feel awesome, my legs are sore, but I am looking forward to doing it again tonight.  I might have to do it with out my husband though.  He says his legs, back, and arms are killing him.  Lol.  Makes me feel good.</p>
<p>Just one little issue, why is it that when ever I exercise my weight goes up by a pound or 2 the next day?  Makes me so confused.  I know that if I stick to it the weight will come off faster and healthier in the long run.  But it plays a mind trick on ya.</p>
<p>Oh well&#8230;  go me!</p>
